We mentioned to Javier and asked about our vents in our house not working properly. Javier checked and noticed our house didn’t have the proper ventilation. He made sure to inspect our roof and vents to properly inform us of what was needed and inform us of the material being used. When it came down to putting our new roof, Javier and his team were on time and very respectful, as they let us know when they got to our home and when they saw a problem or something unexpected on our roof, he would inform us right away. They went above and beyond our expectations. They not only did our house’s roof and vents, but they also did our small shed in our yard. Javier and his team are great and pay attention to detail, they also treated our home like it were their own. They cleaned up everything and left our roof looking spectacular.

WIR cleaned our 3 roofs and their gutters, then treated with moss killer. They hand brushed the roofs as we didn't want power washing. Great job and left the place all neat and tidy.

Javier and his team installed a new metal roof on my Harstine Island home which has a lot of gables making installing this type of roof more of a challenge. They were very professional, trustworthy, always kept me informed on the status of the install and their work was impeccable. I highly recommend Javier and Sayra. They provide excellent customer service and communication which seems to be missing in a lot of businesses these days. I have had roofs installed on multiple properties over the last 10 years so I do have quite a bit of experience with roofing contractors. Javier and his team do excellent work and have great pride of workmanship. My house was not the easiest as it has multiple steep pitched roofs in different directions and they did an excellent job tackling the project. Javier wants to make sure it’s perfect and that you are happy. I have another roof coming up that needs to be replaced and they will be the ones I call.
